Seminar Realities and challenges of internal consulting

The Afope http://www.afope.org/fr in partnership with ESSEC Chair of http://chaire-changement.essec.edu/ Change launched a study on the structures “organization and internal council” of the French large companies. The Afope and ESSEC Chair of Change organized a half day seminar on the topic of the  consulting intern bound for the professionals of this function, members of the Afope and partners of the Chair.

 With the objective to exchange on practices but also to better understand the models of this function, the results of an investigation conducted near persons in charge of entities of council interns will be communicated.It will be also the occasion to approach topics such positioning, the professionalization and the perimeters of intervention.
